This store functions differently than other corporate stores because products are decorated when ordered. This allows us to offer a much larger selection of styles and colors as well as multiple logo locations.

How do orders ship?
Free shipping is available to Niagara Bottling locations. To have your items shipped to your location for free, select the Free Shipping option for the Niagara Bottling location to which you would like to have your items shipped.
- Items shipped via the Free Shipping option are shipped on the 3rd and the 22nd of each month.
- Orders placed on or before the 23rd day of the month will ship on the 3rd day of the next month.
- Orders placed on or before the 8th of the month will ship on the 17th of the same month.
- If you want to receive your items more quickly, you can pay the shipping charges to ship your order directly to the address of your choice as soon as it is ready.
- Orders shipped direct to your address for a charge are shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Express or USPS. You will choose the service during checkout.
- If you have an event date and product must arrive on or before that date, please authorize a faster method of shipping by selecting overnight or 2 day shipping during order check out.

What is a valid shipping address?
We must have a valid physical address in order to deliver orders. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Please place a separate order for each shipping address.

How can I calculate shipping costs?
Free shipping is available to Niagara Bottling locations. For orders shipped direct to your address, shipping fees are calculated on the site as you place items in your cart. At Checkout, you will be able to select your shipping method of choice.

Oversized items
Please note that some items are oversized such as golf bags, travel bags and other bulky items and may have a shipping service charge that is added to the normal freight cost. This will appear in the shipping cost at checkout.

International Shipping Addresses
Restrictions may apply on shipping to certain international locations. Customs declarations will indicate the full value of the order in US dollars. International customers are responsible for paying all duties, customs charges, taxes and/or tariffs on the merchandise when the package arrives.
